Complaints to Owner and House Manager
Please utilize the form below to file a complaint. Complaints are confidential and are directed to the Owner and House Manager. Complaints will be reviewed and investigated within 48 hours of submission. If you provide contact information, the Owner or House Manager will reach out to you to follow up within 72 hours. If you make an anonymous complaint, it will be investigated to the best of our ability, however, without contact information, we will not be able to follow up with you.
